High Purity Biological L-tert-leucine production

1. Product Presentation

L-tert-leucine is a kind of non-protein amino acids, due to the large steric hindrance of the tert-butyl, tert-leucine derivatives may induce asymmetry in asymmetric synthesis as template. In addition, because of a large space tert-butyl chain accounted and hydrophobic, molecular conformation can be well controlled in the synthesis of a polypeptide, and the hydrophobicity of the polypeptide and the stability of enzymatic degradation can be increased. Because of the special spatial structure of L-tert-leucine, its derivatives have anti-viral, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory activity.

2. Use of L-tert-leucine and L-norvaline

By now, L-tert-leucine as medical chiral intermediate can be used in three aspects as below:

1) Used to producing anti-HIV drag: Atazanavir

2) Used to producing anti-HCV drag: Boceprevir and Telaprevir

3) Used to synthetize chiral ligand

3. Technical property
