2. Use

It is an important constituent of collagen, Elastin, and enamel protein; helps prevents fat build-up in the liver; helps the digestive and intestinal tracts function more smoothly; assists metabolism and assimilation.

Main use as food additive in infusion solutions, dietary nutrition and food enrichment. Supplementation of wheat-based foods with Threonine improves their protein quality and results in improved growth and tissue synthesis. 

For feed technical qualities are sufficient and widely used, but for dosing reasons, crystalline qualities are often preferred. In this case purity is higher then 98%

Fermentation time: 48 - 50 hrs

Sugar conversion rate 32 %

Recovery yield feed grade: 80 % ,

Recovery yield pharma grade 70 % as crystalline product
