Production technology for Cellulase

1. Product description

Cellulase TR is a combination of several enzymes which have hydrolytic activity (endo-glucanases   and exo-glucanases (1,4-beta-D-cellobiohydrolases)  and beta-galactosidase ). Our process is a leading technology in China which mainly producing exo-glucanases for production of Cellulosic ethanol. 

2. Application

Paper industries to increase the yield of pulp and improvement of paper’s character; reduction of pollution, Juice industries and ethanol industry.

3. Basic parameters

1) Productive strain is trichoderma reesei, non-GMO

2) Parameters:

Fermentation time: 140-150 hr

Activity of enzyme in harvest broth when release (Activity of  cellobiohydrolases by detection of filtrate paper filtrate paper Whatman N0.1): 60 IU/ml -80 IU/ml 

Recovery yield: 85－90％
