DextranaseProduction Technology for Dextranase by Pichia Pastoris

1. Introduction

Beta-dextranase is made by deep liquid fermentation. The endonuclease is used specially in Beta-dextranase’s 1,3 and 1,4 indican key to generate 3-5 oligose and glucose. This enzyme mainly used in beer brewing, maltose, feed, etc. The dextranase is adoptable under 30-60℃(most adoptable under 50-55℃ ) and pH 4.8-7.5 (most adoptable at pH 6.0-6.5)

Our technology is a mature industrialized fermentation process by genetic engineering Pichia Pastoris.    

2. Titre/Enzyme activity: 

At around 60hrs on the flask, enzyme activity can achieve more than 1000u/ml. 

On the fermentor, the tire is about 10000u/ml.
