2. Technology description

Firstly prepare side chain.

Secondly use Curing hydrolase to get Monacolinsalt solution.

Add Synthetase and side chain to get Simvastatin salt.

3. Conversion yield- 1Kg Lovastatin can get 1kg of Simvastatin. Main cost is Lovastatin.
