To prepare liquid fuel with high COD sludge in wine industrial

This technology is to use the high COD biodegradable organic polluted wastewater, solid raw materials and additives to prepare a kind of fluid fuel which contains 70% of combustible matters (solid raw materials + organic pollutants). This fuel can burn stably in heating boilers and other combustion equipment. The liquid fuel shows the huge environmental protection and energy saving advantage due to its low pollution, high burn rate and a changed delivery way by pipes compared with the traditional solid fuel. The activated sludge generated by the sewage treatment plant can also be used as raw material of the liquid fuel to realize both economic and environment protection benefits.
