Fructose Diphosphate Production Technology

1. Production Presentation

Fructose Diphosphate, also known as Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate, is fructose sugar phosphorylated on carbons 1 and 6 (i.e., is a fructose phosphate). The β-D-form of this compound is very common in cells. The vast majority of glucose and fructose entering a cell will become converted to fructose 1,6-bisphosphate at some point. It can regulate the activity of several enzymes in glucose metabolism, improve the condition of hypoxia, ischemia, and is in favor of the damaged liver cell recovery.

Use: It is used as adjuvant therapy to a variety of symptoms caused by cardiac ischemia, such as coronary heart disease, angina, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure and arrhythmias, etc. In recent years, it is also used as adjuvant therapy to cardiac injury caused by hyperkalemia, acute adult respiratory distress syndrome, dilated cardiomyopathy, parenteral nutrition and extracorporeal circulation in cardiac surgery.

Indication: used as adjuvant therapy to myocardial ischemia, angina, cerebral infarction.
